Stamped diaphragms are primarily used in diaphragm valves. They are characterized by a dead-space-free design, high pressure resistance, excellent flexural fatigue strength, and anti-adhesive surface properties. To improve both static and dynamic sealing performance, integrated sealing beads can be incorporated into the diaphragm design.
The connection to the valve actuator is typically achieved using a welded threaded pin. With relatively low tooling costs, replacement solutions and new developments can be realized within short lead times.
We have developed and built the required production equipment, including heating and cooling presses, in-house.
