Aftermore than 25 years of certification, we have decided to discontinue external audits of our quality management system in accordance with standards such as those listed under DIN ISO 9001 et seq.

Ultimately, we concluded that these measures offered too little benefit to us in terms of our product quality. Furthermore, we were unable to consistently document the dynamic nature of our Company—which entails constant process improvements and changes—on a regular basis. As a result, significant discrepancies between theory and practice emerged over time. However, we want to be authentic.

Quality is our top priority. We place great emphasis on customer focus, on-time delivery, and product quality. We see ourselves as partners to our customers and have maintained loyal relationships with many of them for decades. First and foremost, this means having knowledgeable and dedicated employees at every level who take pride in contributing to the company’s success.

Specifically, we invest continuously and with great passion in areas such as 5S and continuous improvement (KVP). Every day, we take great care to ensure that our drawings, test reports, work plans, and all other documents are always up to date. We are constantly refining our ERP system, AVERP, so that it reflects our processes with ever-greater precision and efficiency.

We use every complaint as an opportunity to evaluate ourselves and our processes and to correct any errors as quickly as possible and in a sustainable manner.
