To flexibly connect process connections for liquid media in beverage processing, the food industry in general, the pharmaceutical industry, and the chemical industry, prefabricated PTFE-lined hose assemblies have traditionally been used. A one-piece, thick-walled hose made of ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene eliminates the disadvantage that leakage is not immediately visible if the so-called “liner” ruptures. Using equipment developed in-house, we can bend our so-called poly lines, machine the ends according to customer requirements, or flare them for flange connections. Multiple bends, including bends in different planes, can be produced. Nominal sizes from 6 to 50 mm are currently available. Additional sizes are continuously being added. Further advantages include high burst pressure, even at elevated temperatures, and chemical resistance to virtually all media.
