Our Company Philosophy

Bock Machining GmbH is a company that has made it a fundamental principle to base all of its actions, over the long term, on the principles of humanity and respect for all of creation. It is simply a matter close to our hearts to create a company of the future in which the primary focus is no longer solely on economic aspects, but rather on people and their needs. Consequently, specific issues such as labor and human rights, ethical conduct, sustainability in procurement, and consideration of all environmental aspects are a logical consequence of this guiding principle. This is a practice we live by every day (one that is, in its essence, simple) and requires (at least for us) no elaborate documentation.

Based on our experience with quality assurance (QA) certifications (which we have not pursued for quite some time), we are convinced that it is the ACTION itself that leads to success, not documentation and certification according to set standards. The latter would result in a significant, economically detrimental additional burden (at least for a company of our size), which, after careful consideration, we neither want nor can afford. Ultimately, this would interfere with our core mission: to deliver the products and services our customers want, in the required quality, at competitive prices, and on time.

We neither need nor want complex, external monitoring systems to determine whether we are acting in a morally or environmentally sound manner. Rather, we are constantly reflecting on and correcting our own actions—and those of one another. This is a core principle of our sustainable, open corporate culture, which is based on mutual respect.

Our doors in Alzenau are always open for audits of any kind, during which your specialists are welcome to come and see for themselves how we put our SELF-imposed principles into practice on a day-to-day basis. Furthermore, we are always open to specific suggestions that may arise from such a visit, so that we can continue to improve in the relevant areas.
