Sustainable Materials Research
In our materials research, we place particular emphasis on sustainability. The machining of high-performance plastics produces a significant amount of high-quality plastic chips, which we do not view as waste but as a valuable resource. Through targeted recycling processes and close collaboration with specialized partners, we are increasingly exploring how these chips can be meaningfully reused or returned to the material cycle. In this context, we will also be seeking out applications with less demanding requirements and processors capable of handling these recycled materials. In this way, we aim to actively contribute to conserving resources and reducing the environmental impact of production—without compromising on quality and precision.
